There is no diet that is right for everyone, your body is the barometer.
I have some pretty strong views around all of the diet trends, and lets be honest, diets in general.
I actually loathe the word, since it brings up a lot of resistance within me, and triggers my past experiences with following diets, and being completely miserable in the process.
And, after spending over 10 years in perpetual diet mode, I refuse to go on any diet or way of nourishing my body that is not directed by me, my body, and what is correct for my particular needs, wants and desires.
There are so many diet trends, and diet pushers, food shamers, and supplement cults. It’s everywhere. MLM companies, health food stores packed to the ceiling with thousands of options, eat meat, don’t eat meat, nutrition experts telling us what to eat, and not eat.The options are endless. And quite frankly, it’s all too exhausting to keep up with, am I right?
So, how do you know which options are right for you?
It doesn’t need to be this complicated. You don’t need a magic supplement to heal yourself.
Supplements can definitely play a part in maintaining and achieving optimal health, but they are not a magic bullet.
