Join me for a 4 week group coaching series designed to empower and inspire you to make changes in your life, health, relationships!
When we transform our inner world,
our outer world transforms along with us.
Many support group settings are focused on the problems many face, such as depression, anxiety, addictions, and mental-emotional disorders, which can tend to feed the ‘problem’ rather than inspire a solution.
This group is different, and is focused on helping you become empowered to find your own solutions that are correct for YOU.
Facilitated by me, Leanne Oaten Holistic Health Therapist, Soul -Sessions facilitator, Trained Mindfulness Coach, Women’s Holistic Health Specialist, Certified Fitness Leader, and Level 2 Reiki practitioner, you will experience an inner shift that will begin to create change in all areas of your life.
By the end of this series you will be on your way to developing overall (holistic) healthy lifestyle habits with your exercise, nutrition, relationships, financial mindset, and mental-emotional health!
I will guide you through a “whole being” wellness series of topics to assist you in brining balance to your inner being – mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually as well as developing a healthy relationship with yourself FIRST in order to have healthy relationships with others.
This life changing 4- Week – Series includes:
Session#1: What is Empowerment and how do I get it?
- How improving your self-connection and fostering a healthy relationship with yourself will naturally improve all of your relationships
- Finding clarity about who you are, what you want and what you need to do
- Boundary setting
- Taking ownership of your life and making change
- Developing a healthy lifestyle that helps you to feel empowered and balanced
- What to do when you feel hurt or ‘triggered’
- Done for you Lifestyle Design & Wellness Plan
Session#2: Improving your relationships
- How to set healthy boundaries and protect yourself from other peoples negativity
- How to set limits with others, and learn to say no
- Learning assertive communication that others will be more receptive to
- Is emotional eating a part of your coping strategy?
- Do you feel guilty and shame around your eating patterns?
- How to curb this habit at the root.
- How to have a healthy relationship with food
- Stop counting calories and start eating intuitively
- Letting go of the guilt shame control cycle when it comes to food
- Even if you have, or don’t have your own beliefs- this will give you a better understanding of what spirituality is and why it is so important to overall health.
- Covering the basic Law of Attraction Principles and how to apply them in your daily life to improve all areas
